On June 28, 2016 international experts conducted the monitoring session of the Tempus project“Lifelong Language Learning University Centre Network for New Career Opportunities and Personal Development (UNICO)” project number 544283-TEMPUS-1-2013-1-ES-TEMPUS-JPHES http://tempus-unico.eu/index.php/en/ , which is being realized in Altai state university alongside with other foreign partners. The auditing session took place in Tomsk state university.

The master-classes were organized by NOVOSIBIRSK STATE UNIVERSITY OF ECONOMICS AND MANAGEMENT. On October 13 Sergei Shubenkov, a 110m hurdles winner at the IAAF World Championships, Beijing 2015, three-time European Champion and 2013 World bronze medalist in men's 110 m hurdles as well as the honorable Altai State University alumnus, who took additional language training at the University, held an interactive lecture-presentation in English on the topic "Track and field as my sport and destiny path" for the English language learners.

UNICO TEMPUS Language Centre is offering foreign language courses for both general and academic purposes, as well as professional ones. The programmes are targeted at preparation for the international language exams such as Cambridge lexams, TOEFLiBT, IELTS, on-DaF, DELF etc..
The language group consists of 6 persons.
The language groups are composed in accordance with the level of the language competence.
